About Mrs. Christina

With a background of early child education naturally fell in love with yoga. She became inspired when she discovered the powerful learning that can arise from using yoga as a tool for learning in the classroom. It did not take long before she followed her passion for instructing to began teaching yoga classes,in studios, classrooms, homes and outside in nature.  which she has done since 2016 and brings a playful personality to her classes. Christina is a mother of five young and older boys who she shares the joys of yoga with. She is also the Mentor for others who want to live a healthy life with herbs and adding them into their daily life. Being a self taught herbalist Christina has allot to offer to those she teaches, offering herbal remedies hand crafted or advice along side with yoga and mediation.

She loves sharing yoga with kids to help them connect with their body in a fun way. It also gives them the tools to calm themselves that they can take with them throughout life. Kids and adults need yoga now, at this time, on our planet more than ever.  When there is chaos outside we need to be the peace in the world.  It works from the inside out.

I have been a seeker and I still am, but I stopped asking the books and the stars. I started listening to the teaching of my Soul.

  2. Mrs. Christina is a positively wonderful influence on my three young children; it's obvious that she loves her work, which is fully infused with fun, energy, and the sharing of skills I feel every person should have for living. Thank you for showing my family a healthy way to move, stretch, relax, and be more filled with life!

The yoga training we've gained is something I must recommend to anyone seeking to bring a meaningful, healthy, and positive experience to any little person's childhood.
